Supports a great time- but it does not support Drink Driving  Breathalyser will be available Sunday morning- It does not give a legal result, but can ONLY be used as a guide.          
     DRINK DRIVING IT’S A CRIME!!! Do not move your vehicle or leave the Site         Until you are legally OK to drive. Be fair to yourself and others on the road!   THE POLICE WILL BE BREATH TESTING (AND BOOKING)  ON ALL ROADS OUT OF THE VALLEY.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY MONKERAI SPRINGERS

By entering the grounds you agree to be bound by the rules printed on this sheet. As the driver of a vehicle entering the Ball area you also agree that you are the person responsible for that vehicle for the entire time it is in the Ball area and that you will not drive or permit the vehicle to be driven at any time in a manner that  contravenes the NSW Traffic Laws. You agree not to enter any unauthorised areas and to obey the directions of Security Personnel and Ball Officials at all times. You acknowledge that you have been advised that the Ball area is a PUBLIC PLACE and that all Traffic Laws apply to the entire area at all times. . If you DAMAGE ANY PROPERTY or CAUSE INJURY TO ANY PERSON you will be held FULLY  RESPONSIBLE AND LIABLE in the eyes of the law


DRINK TICKETS SALES & RSA INFORMATION

Drink Tickets may be purchased from the Drink Ticket Office in the Ball Area on Saturday between 12 noon and 1.30am.

NOTE that Responsible Service of Alcohol laws will be strictly adhered to, so please do not purchase excess tickets as service will be refused to intoxicated persons and refund restrictions do apply.  Holding a Ticket does not entitle you to a drink if you are deemed intoxicated by Bar Staff. RSA Marshals will be managing the Bar area.

 

 

You must have your Wrist band on at all times, you will have received your souvenir drink cup at the front entry gate and as a control, this is the only thing you will be served a drink in !!

All Wrist Bands have ID numbers.  That is linked back to your ID....Remember you are accountable for your actions!!

DRESS CODE APPLIES FROM 7.00PM _ Country Black Tie OR Fancy Dress. NO JOGGERS.

The Bar closes at 2.AM Hot Food will be served from 8.PM to 11.PM and other food is available for purchase from the Food Van until half an hour after Bar trading time.

Breakfast is from 8.AM to 10.AM on Sunday


NO CIRCLE WORK

 

It is a condition of the Ball License that CIRCLE WORK is

NOT ALLOWED ANYWHERE on the Property at any time.

POLICE or Ball Security will confiscate any vehicles breaking the Law.  Security will report Rego Number of any offending vehicles to Police for action and the vehicle and its owner will be banned from future Balls. and REMEMBER !
 

If you're not ready to drive stay Sunday night.
